Coaches Positions for 2018 Waterford Kellogg's GAA Cul Camps 2018-03-27 14:32:00

Applications are invited for positions as Coaches for the Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps 2018. Camps will be running in Waterford from 2nd July – 24th August in all Juvenile clubs in the county.


Applicants must currently be coaching in a club, school or county development squad. Evidence of current coaching role may be required. Coaches will be required to coach both Hurling and Gaelic Football to children aged 6-13 in camps. The following are the minimum criteria that all coaches must have before they will be considered for a position. Under no circumstances can we offer coach positions to coaches who do not meet the coaching qualification criteria.

Be 18 years of age by 1st July 2018


- Minimum GAA Foundation Coaching Course completed. If Award 1 completed please complete details below

- GAA Garda Vetting Reference Number. Vetting number must be supplied

- If Garda vetting has been applied for but not received please state when applied for.

- GAA/ISC Child Welfare Certificate Number. Cert number must be supplied

 

Anyone who wishes to apply for position as a Coach in 2018 should download the attached form and email completed form to eoin.breathnach.gda.waterford@gaa.ie. Application forms will only be accepted by email. The closing date for applications is Friday 13th April 2018.

Standard Tax and PRSI rules will apply to all coaches. All successful coaches will be employees of Waterford Coaching & Games Development for the duration of the camps.


All Coaches will be required to attend 2 training dates at end of June. Coaches will be required to be in attendance on both days. Further details will be provided to successful coaches once positions are offered.

Late applications or applications that do not meet the minimum criteria 

will not be accepted
